We consider long-term social projects for basic education for children as a suitable means to create lasting benefits for the development of the respective region.
Thus we initiate and support projects that allow people to improve their lives through education. Enabling them to earn their own living using this education will contribute to the upkeep of the system and will make them capable of taking care of themselves and others. Those who benefit from this education are more likely to contribute to similar programs in the future so that a multiplying and sustainable effect will be achieved.
We give preference to regions where financial means can be used to achieve more and better results, such as third world countries.
On this basis we try to develop a culture of social awareness and responsibility by a mutual exchange of thoughts and knowledge.
Support Criteria
It is our policy to establish a close and personal partnership with reliable partners in the specific region that constantly supervise their projects
Within this framework, we support projects that:
- are developed on a long-term basis
- promote a philanthropic attitude of responsibility for others, tolerance, human dignity, democracy, and human rights
- are compatible with the cultural background in which they are implemented and fit the environment
- are religiously and politically neutral
