Sales and Application Engineer (m/f)

The challenge
We are a young, professional and highly motivated but small team, offering you a very dynamic environment. With our OMICRON-office in New Delhi we focus on all on sales and marketing activities on the Indian market. OMICRON is world market and technology leader in the field of portable test equipment for protective relays in utilities and industry. We are currently expanding into the field of test equipment for primary equipment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with the right attitude, be willing to make a difference and integrate into our high levels of values.
You will be responsible for:
- Technical and application support to OMICRON products and services, particularly for relay test equipment
- Conduct regular product trainings and seminars
- Prepare Training manuals and Application notes
- Market evaluation, business development and creating budgets
- Promotional activities (fairs, exhibitions, conferences, etc.)
You are:
- University Graduate or Diploma with a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge and experience in the field of Power Systems
- Some experience of sales and/or marketing in the field of electrical power systems
- Willingness to travel (up to 60%)
- ready to relocate to New Delhi and to take up an interesting challenge in business building
- Good presentation skills
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
