Our products are used in more than 120 countries by electric power plants, companies operating high-voltage transmission lines, switchgear, medium-voltage distribution networks and also industrial plants. OMICRON stands for excellent customer support as an additional strong differentiation to our competition. We are now looking for the right candidate to join the team:
You will be responsible for:
- Territorial sales and marketing of OMICRON products in East Asia
- Business development, market evaluation, budget creation and monitoring
- Comprehensive promotional activities such as conferences, product trainings, User meetings, seminars and exhibitions
- Suggesting new products/service markets and process improvements
- Developing and maintaining key accounts in responsible territories
Your profile:
- Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering
- General knowledge of power systems, especially in the fields of power system protection and network equipment; knowledge of testing power system equipment (ideally with OMICRON products) would be appreciated
- At least three years of sales and/or marketing experiences in the field of electrical power systems
- Readiness to travel (up to 50%)
- Good presentation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good command of Mandarin and/or Japanese is a plus
- Reliable work style with self-initiative
