You will be responsible for:
- Customer hotline support
- Answering application inquiries
- Handling repair inquiries
- Customer trainings
- Technical support to the East Asia sales team
Your profile:
- Degree Holder in Electrical Engineering
- Application know-how in the field of electrical engineering is welcome
- Good command of Mandarin and/or Japanese is a plus
- Excellent communications abilities and organizing skills
