Sales and Application Engineer (m/f)
The challenge:
We are a small, professional and highly motivated team, offering you a dynamic environment. With our OMICRON office in Cergy we focus on all sales and marketing activities in the French and French speaking African market. OMICRON is a technology leader in the field of portable test sets for protective relays in utilities and industry. We are currently expanding into the field of test equipment for primary equipment. We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person with the right attitude, willing to make a difference and integrate with our organisation and its values.
You will be responsible for:
- Territorial sales of OMICRON products and services
- Preparation and conduct of product training and seminars on as required
- Market evaluation, business development and the creation of sales forecasts
- Promotional activities (fairs, exhibitions, conferences, etc.)
- Technical customer service
Your profile:
- University Graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge and experience in the field of primary equipment and/or protective relays; or the ability to learn quickly
- Experience of sales and/or marketing in the field of electrical power systems
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) in France and abroad
- Good presentation skills
- Fluency in written and spoken French, good level of English. A knowledge of German is also advantageous
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
