OMICRON TestBase is a tailor-made database application specifically designed for test and maintenance management of systems in the field of electricity supply. The easy-to-use tool simplifies work procedures and frees users effectively from administrative tasks and paperwork. This allows engineers and technicians to concentrate on their actual tasks and fields of expertise. It also provides management with up-to-date information at any time for planning and controlling.
Whether object data of the device to be tested, testing templates, test results, descriptions of the measurement procedure, photos or device handbooks – with OMICRON TestBase all important data of power transformers and bushings can be recorded, saved and called up any time in a structured manner. Integrated interfaces also allow direct exchange with the OMICRON CPC devices.

TestBase CPC Standard
TestBase CPC Standard offers basic testing management with a focus on optimum support of tests with the CPC 100. A single-user version is supplied free of charge with a purchase of an OMICRON CPC 100 test set.
TestBase CPC Enhanced
TestBase CPC Enhanced offers comprehensive support for tasks relating to primary testing. Additional features include maintenance planning, an event journal, management of tan delta measurement results and many options for individual adjustment of data.
Both packages are available as a single-user version (Personal Edition) and as a network solution with client-server architecture (Enterprise Edition). The Enterprise Edition provides a standard database application for all registered users and allows company-wide testing management. Users have access to all data and functions when working at remote sites, even in an offline mode without a network connection. As soon as a server connection is available, TestBase supports automated synchronization of all data.
The TestBase CPC packages can be combined with the TestBase CMC packages, which are specifically designed for OMICRON's protection and measurement test systems, to form a comprehensive information system.
