Innovative software for efficient testing and maintenance management
TestBase CPC Enhanced provides comprehensive support for all tasks relating to primary testing. The innovative software package incorporates all functions of the proven TestBase CPC Standard package and also contains a range of other modules. These include maintenance planning, an event journal, management of tan delta measurement results and many options for individual adjustment of data.
The TestBase CPC Enhanced package contains the TestBase CPC Standard package as well as the following modules:
Management for other devices in power supply companies
TestBase supports batteries, rectifiers and universal power supplies. Other object groups can be defined by users.
Maintenance planning support
Maintenance cycles can be defined for individual assets and asset groups. The TestBase reminder function highlights devices for which maintenance is due or even overdue.
Journaling
TestBase automatically tracks important events in an event journal. These include changes to the operating status, replacement of assets, planned and completed measures, etc. Further events can be generated by the user.
Data adjustment tool
With the help of this TestBase tool, users can individually specify and adjust various data, such as event types and possible entries for fields to be described (e.g. coolant, tank type of a transformer).
Report function
TestBase can be used to draft reports for multiple objects, maintenance plans and maintenance logs.
This package is available as a single-user version (Personal Edition) and as a network solution with client-server architecture (Enterprise Edition). The Enterprise Edition provides the following additional features:
Offline mode with data replication
The user has access to all features when working on site, even without a server connection. TestBase then supports automated synchronization of all data as soon as a connection to the server is established.Software integration
TestBase can be integrated into existing IT infrastructures. Existing device data from other applications (e.g. local databases) can be migrated. TestBase allows data exchange with ERP software, which prevents duplicate data entry and all potential errors associated with this.
The TestBase Enterprise Edition can also be adjusted individually to the requirements of the user.
