OMICRON TestBase: The database solution for efficient test & maintenance management of protection and measurement systems
OMICRON TestBase is a tailor-made database application specifically designed for testing and maintenance management of systems in the field of electricity supply. The easy-to-use tool simplifies work procedures and frees users effectively from administrative tasks and paperwork. This allows engineers and technicians to concentrate on their actual tasks and fields of expertise. It also provides management with up-to-date information at any time for planning and controlling.
Whether protective data on the network, relay settings, test templates, test results, descriptions of the measurement procedure, photos or device manuals – with OMICRON TestBase all data can be recorded, saved and called up any any time with just one mouse click. Integrated interfaces also allow direct exchange with the OMICRON CMC devices.
TestBase CMC Standard
TestBase CMC Standard provides intuitive testing management, focusing on optimum support for the OMICRON Protection Testing Library (PTL). A single-user version is provided free of charge with the purchase of an OMICRON CMC test set with the OMICRON Test Universe software.
TestBase CMC Enhanced
TestBase CMC Enhanced offers comprehensive support for tasks relating to protective testing. The advanced functionality includes maintenance planning, a results journal and a number of options for the individual adjustment of data.
Both packages are available as a single-user version (Personal Edition) and a network solution with client-server architecture. The Enterprise Edition provides a uniform database application for all registered users and allows company-wide testing management. The user has access to all features when working at remote sites, even without a server connection. As soon as a server connection is available, TestBase supports automated synchronization of all data.
For primary test and diagnosis applications, OMICRON has developed the TestBase CPC packages. TestBase CPC and Testbase CMC packages can be combined to form a comprehensive information system.
